L’ENAC/Spa informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à la Pré-Qualification Nationale et Internationale Ouverte PREQ-NIO N°004/DVL/DAP/2024, paru au BAOSEM N°2280 du 21/07/2024, portant sur la fourniture des équipements de la protection cathodique en six (06) lots :

Lot 1 : Transfo-redresseur(TR) + Contrôleur(CPC)

Lot 2 : Différents types de Coffrets, Prises et Cellules

Lot 3 : Différents types d’Anodes

Lot 4 : Différents types de Câbles

Lot 5 : Accessoires et consommables

Lot 6 : Appareils de Mesure et Contrôle

Que l’évaluation des dossiers technique de la Pré-Qualification a fait ressortir les résultats suivants :

Les candidats, ci-dessus listés, seront invités ultérieurement à participer à la consultation sélective.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre

ENAC/Spa informs all the tenderers having participated in the National and International Open Prequalification N° 004/DVL/DAP/2024, Published in Baosem N° 2280 of July 21^st  ,2024 regarding:

supply of cathodic protection equipment in six (06) batches:

Batch 1: Transformer-rectifier (TR) + Controller (CPC)

Batch 2: Different types of Boxes, Sockets and Cells

Batch 3: Different types of Anodes

Batch 4: Different types of Cables

Batch 5: Accessories and consumables

Batch 6: Measuring and Control Devices

That the evaluation of the technical files of the Pre-Qualification brought out the following results:

The candidates listed above will be invited later to participate in the selective consultation.

Every tenderer questioning this choice may introduce recourse nearby ENAC in a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice.

The recourse can only relate to the decisions taken in the processing of its offer.
