AVIS D'ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DU MARCHE

Conformément aux dispositions de la Réglementation des Marchés applicables aux sociétés du Groupe Sonelgaz, la Société Sonelgaz–Services. SPA, ainsi que la Société Sonelgaz –Transport électricité et Opérateur Système, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert aux fabricants N°14/N.IN/DCQAV/2025, portant «fourniture des raccords des postes THT/HT/MT pour le compte de STOS», dont l’avis a été publié au Baosem N°2440 du 23/10/2025, qu’à l’issu de l’évaluation des offres techniques et financières, les marchés ont été attribués provisoirement au soumissionnaire ci-après sur la base de l’évaluation suivante :

Lot N°01 : Raccords pour postes THT/HT/MT 10 kV « INFRUCTUEUX »

Motif : Une seule offre reçue par la Commission d’Ouverture des Plis

Lot N°02 : Raccords pour postes THT/HT/MT 30 kV « INFRUCTUEUX »

Motif : Une seule offre reçue par la Commission d’Ouverture des Plis

Les intéressés qui contestent le choix opéré par le service contractant peuvent introduire un recours dans les dix (10) jours comptés à partir de la date de la première publication du présent avis d'attribution, auprès du Président de la Commission des Marchés de l’Unité du service contractant domiciliée à l'adresse suivante :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL AWARD OF CONTRACT

In accordance with the provisions of the Contract Regulations applicable to the companies of the Sonelgaz Group, the Company Sonelgaz–Services. SPA and the Company Sonelgaz-TOS, informs all bidders who have participated in the national and international open to manufacturers No14/N.IN/DCQAV/2025 “Supply of Connections for 10kv,30kv 60kv 220kv and 400kv behalf of STOS”, whose notice was published in Baosem No. 2440 of 23/10/2025, after evaluation of technical and financial offers, the contract is provisionally awarded to the following bidder on the basis of the following evaluation:

Lot 1: Raccords pour postes THT/HT/MT 10 kV “UNSUCCESSFUL”

Reason: A single offer received by the Commission for the Opening of the Tenders

Lot 2: Raccords pour postes THT/HT/MT 30 kV “UNSUCCESSFUL”

Reason: A single offer received by the Commission for the Opening of the Tenders

Any person who disputes the choice made by the contracting authority may lodge an appeal within ten (10) days counted from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Award, to the President of the Contracts Commission of the Contracting Department’s Unit at the following address:
