Paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2318 du 05/11/2024 a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire : YANTAI JEREH EQUIPMENT PETROLEUM & TECHNOLOGIES Co, Ltd ; avec un montant de : 129 836,25 USD

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution provisoire, peut introduire un recours adressé au Président de la Commission de contrôle de conformité de l’Entreprise, déposé contre accusé de réception, au niveau du Département de Passation des Contrats, sise à la Direction Générale d’ALSCiF , Hassi Messaoud, Oued Irara, et ce au plus tard dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrable, à compter de la date de parution de présent avis dans le BAOSEM.

Passé ce délai, aucun recours ne sera recevable.
