Le Groupement Sonatrach- Eni constitué des deux sociétés Sonatrach, et ENI Alegria production BV régi par le décret 93-08 du 25/04/1993, opérateur dans les blocs 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North, (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN,ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST,REC), dans les blocs 401a & 402a (Champs ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB) et 405b (Champs MLE, CAFC) et dans le Champ SF-SFNE et Périmètres ZEA, OO-II et SF-II, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international restreint GSE N° 5637-CDM-00-NZ-24 ayant pour objet

Fourniture et installation des équipements et accessoires d'isolation aux fonds des puits de GSE, en quatre (04) Lots

Paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2333 du 17/12/2024, que le marché a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire le moins disant :

• Pour le LOT 1 : «Halliburton Energy Services Inc., Algeria Division» pour un montant de 517 479,58 USD.
• Pour le LOT 2 : Ce LOT est déclaré Infructueux.
• Pour le LOT3 : «Weatherford Oil Tool GMBH» pour un montant de 4 403 313,46 USD
• Pour le LOT4 : «Weatherford Oil Tool GMBH» pour un montant de 2 423 287,44 USD

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution provisoire peut introduire un recours auprès du président de la commission des marchés du groupement Sonatrach-Eni, et ce au plus tard dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à partir de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM.

Passé ce délai, aucun recours ne sera recevable.

• BATCH N° 2 : CONVENTIONAL BRIDGE PLUGS
• BATCH N° 3 : STRADDLE PACKERS
• BATCH N° 4 : CASING PATCH SYSTEM»

Sonatrach-Eni Grouping, made up of two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria BV production governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993, operator in 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North blocks (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN,ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST,REC fields), in 401a 402a blocks (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields) and 405b (MLE, CAFC fields) and in SF-SFNE fields and ZEA, OO-II and SF-II perimeters, informs the tenderers having participated in the national and international restricted invitation to tender N° 5637-CDM-00-NZ-24 regarding

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION SERVICE OF DOWNHOLE ISOLATION EQUIPMENTS AND ACCESSORIES OF GSE WELL, IN FOUR (04) BATCHES  published in the BAOSEM N° 2333 of December 17th, 2024 that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the lower offering tenderer :

• For BATCH N°1: « Halliburton Energy Services Inc., Algeria Division  » with an amount of 517 479,58 USD.
• For BATCH N°2: this batch is unsuccessful.
• For BATCH N°3: «Weatherford Oil Tool GMBH» with an amount of 4 403 313,46 USD.
• For BATCH N°4: «Weatherford Oil Tool GMBH» with an amount of 2 423 287,44 USD.

Every tenderer questioning this provisional awarding may introduce recourse nearby: The President of the Contracts Commission of Groupement Sonatrach- Eni, In a delay of 05 workdays from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.

After this deadline, no appeal will be admissible
