L’Entreprise Nationale de Grands Travaux Pétroliers « ENGTP », Direction Engineering, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participer à l’Appel d’Offres suscité, portant la fourniture et la mise en service de « MATERIEL D'INSTRUMENTATION », que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire INPROTEC SRL déclaré le moins-disant pour un montant de 1 277 280.00 Euros en CFR.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au :

président de la commission de contrôle de conformité

Contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin.
