Paru au Baosem N° 1947 du 24/11/2021, dont la date limite de dépôt des offres était prévue initialement pour le 23/01/2022, prorogée au 22/02/2022, puis prorogée une seconde fois au 14/03/2022 que l’Appel d’Offres a été déclaré infructueux par la Commission d’ouverture des offres techniques.
