AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DE MARCHE

Conformément aux dispositions de sa procédure de passation de marchés, l'Agence Nationale pour la Valorisation des Ressources en Hydrocarbures (ALNAFT), informe l'ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l'appel d'offres national et international ouvert avec exigence de capacités minimales N°03/AO/BDN/ALNAFT/2024, paru dans le BAOSEM, le quotidien Echaab et le quotidien Le Soir d’Algérie en date du 09/12/202, ayant pour objet Fourniture, Installation, Intégration, Adaptation et Mise en Service d’un Portail Web pour la Banque De Données Nationale (BDN) de l’Agence ALNAFT qu'après évaluation des offres, le Marché a été attribué provisoirement à :

Tout soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré par la Structure contractante, peut introduire un recours auprès de la commission des marchés de l'Agence Nationale pour la Valorisation des Ressources en Hydrocarbures (ALNAFT), dans les dix (10) jours ouvrables à compter de la première publication de l'avis d'attribution provisoire du marché dans le BAOSEM, si le dixième jour coïncide avec un jour férié ou un jour de repos légal, la date limite pour introduire un recours est prorogée au jour ouvrable suivant.

Les autres soumissionnaires intéressés à prendre connaissance des résultats détaillés de l'évaluation de leur offre technique et financière sont invités à se rapprocher de la Structure contractante, au plus tard, trois (03) jours, à compter de la première publication de l'avis d'attribution provisoire du marché dans le BAOSEM.

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL ATTRIBUTION

In accordance with the provisions of its procurement procedure, The National Agency for the Valorization of Hydrocarbon ressources (ALNAFT), informs all bidders who participated in the open national and international tender with minimum capacity requirements N°03/AO/BDN/ALNAFT/2024, published in the BAOSEM, in “Echaab” newspaper and “Le Soir d’Algérie” newspaper on 09 December 202 for the SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, INTEGRATION, ADAPTATION AND COMMISSIONING OF A WEB PORTAL FOR THE NATIONAL DATABASE (BDN) OF THE ALNAFT AGENCY that after evaluation of the bids, the contract was provisionally awarded to :

Any bidder who contests the decision taken by the contracting authority may file an appeal with the procurement commission of The National Agency for the Valorization of Hydrocarbon resources (ALNAFT), within ten (10) working days from the date of first publication of the provisional attribution contract in the BAOSEM, if the tenth day is a public holiday, or coincides with a day of legal rest, the deadline for filing an appeal will be the next working day.

Other bidders interested in reviewing the detailed results of the evaluation of their technical and financial bids are invited to approach the contracting Authority no later than three (03) days from the date of first publication of the provisional attribution contract notice in the BAOSEM.
