La Société Nationale SONATRACH, Activité Liquéfaction & Séparation, Division GNL et GPL, Complexe GP1Z, annonce que le contrat relatif à l’Appel d’Offres N° GP1.Z/TEC/09/2023 ayant pour objet :

Fourniture, l’installation et la mise en service de douze (12) analyseurs d’oxygène au niveau des fours des six (06) trains de procédé du Complexe GP1Z.

Paru initialement sur le BAOSEM N° 2223 du Mercredi 31/01/2024, puis prorogé une première fois par l’avis paru sur le BAOSEM N° 2244 du Dimanche 31/03/2024, puis prorogé une deuxième fois par l’avis paru sur le BAOSEM N° 2255 du Dimanche 05/05/2024.

Est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire : YOKOGAWA MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA BSC (CLOSED), dont l’offre technique est déclarée conforme et l’offre financière la moins disante.

Montant de l’offre du soumissionnaire répartie comme suit :

Partie en devises : 363 240,00 USD (trois cent soixante-trois mille deux cent quarante Dollars).

Partie en dinars algériens : 6 396 200,00 DA (six million trois cent quatre-vingt-seize mille deux cent Dinars Algériens).

Les soumissionnaires ayant participé à cet appel d’offres ont la possibilité d’introduire des recours dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis d’attribution provisoire du contrat dans le BAOSEM, auprès du Complexe GP1.Z à l’adresse suivante :

The National Company SONATRACH, Liquefaction & Separation Activity, GNL & GPL DIVISION, GP1.Z Plant announces that the contract concerning the call for tender N° GP1.Z /TEC/09/2023:

Supply, installation, and commissioning of twelve (12) Oxygen analyzers at the furnace level of the six (06) process trains of the GP1Z plant.

Published initially in the BAOSEM N° 2223 of January 31, 2024, was extended for the first time in the BAOSEM N° 2244 of March 31, 2024, then extended for the second time in the BAOSEM N° 2255 of May 05, 2024,

Is provisionally awarded to the tenderer: YOKOGAWA MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA BSC (CLOSED), whose technical offer is declared compliant and the lowest financial offer.

Amount of the bidder’s offer distributed as follows:

Part in foreign currency: 363 240,00 USD (three hundred sixty-three thousand two hundred forty Dollars).

Part in algérian dinars : 6 396 200,00 DA (six million three hundred ninety -six thousand two hundred Algérian Dinars).

The tenderers who participated in this call for tenders have the possibility to lodge appeals within five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice of provisional award of contract in the BAOSEM, to GP1Z Plant at the next address:
