La Société Nationale SONATRACH, Activité Liquéfaction & Séparation, Division GNL&GPL, porte à la connaissance des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international ouvert N°01/SH/LQS/LSH/DEV-SNCC/2024

 Relatif à « LA FOURNITURE, L’INSTALLATION ET LA MISE EN SERVICE DE LA SOLUTION DE CONTROLE AVANCE (APC) POUR LES COMPLEXES GL1Z & GL2Z », paru initialement dans le BAOSEM N° 2256 du 07/05/2024,, ayant fait l’objet de trois (03) avis d’additifs et de trois (03) prorogations de délais, dont la dernière jusqu’au 11 Septembre 2024 (BAOSEM N°2296 du 03/09/2024), qu’à l’issue de l’ouverture et l’évaluation des offres financières, le contrat est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire classé le moins disant, à savoir :

La société KUNLUN DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY Co LTD CHINE pour un Montant de Cent-quatre-vingt-dix-neuf-millions-soixante-cinq-mille six-cent-quarante-cinq Dinars Algériens et dix-sept centimes (199.065.645,17 DZD).

Les soumissionnaires contestant le résultat du processus d’appel d’offres, peuvent introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la parution du présent avis sur le BAOSEM.

Related to

“THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF THE ADVANCED CONTROL SOLUTION (APC) FOR THE GL1Z & GL2Z COMPLEXES”

The National Company SONATRACH, Liquefaction & Separation Activity, LNG&GPL Division, informs the bidders who participated in the national and international open call for tenders No. 01/SH/LQS/LSH/DEV-SNCC/2024 Relating to “THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF THE ADVANCED CONTROL SOLUTION (APC) FOR THE GL1Z & GL2Z COMPLEXES”, initially published in BAOSEM No. 2256 of May 7th,2024, having made the subject to three (03) notices of additions and three (03) extensions of deadlines, the last of which until the 11th September 2024 (BAOSEM No. 2296 of 03/09/2024), that following the opening and evaluation of the financial offers, the contract is provisionally awarded to the lowest ranked bidder, namely:

The company KUNLUN DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY Co LTD CHINA for an amount of One hundred and ninety-nine million sixty-five thousand six hundred and forty-five Algerian Dinars and seventeen centimes (199,065,645.17 DZD ).

Bidders contesting the result of the call for tenders process may lodge an appeal within five (05) working days from the publication of this notice on BAOSEM.
