إعلان عن مناقصة وطنية مفتوحة رقم: 09/أ.ل.ش/ش.إ.ع.ت/2025
تعلن شركة الإسمنت عين التوتة عن إجراء مناقصة وطنية من أجل :
توريد وتجميع واختبار وتشغيل نظام إزالة الانسداد باستخدام مدافع الهواء لأبراج التسخين المسبق لمصنع الإسمنت عين التوتة
بإمكان المؤسسات المهتمة بهذا الاعلان سحب دفتر الشروط لدى أمانة لجنة الشراء للشركة مقابل تسديد -- مبلغ قدره ثلاثين ألف دينار جزائري (30.000.00 دج) غير قابل للتعويض.
- حددت مدة إيداع العروض بثلاثين (30) يوما ابتداء من أول تاريخ نشر هذه المناقصة في النشرة الرسمية لصفقات المتعامل العمومي، أو في إحدى الجرائد الوطنية. يسحب دفتر الشروط من طرف المتعهد أومن طرف ممثله المعين لذلك.
- العروض التقنية يجب أن تحتوي على جميع الوثائق المطلوبة في دفتر الشروط وتوضع في ظرف منفصل مغلق يحتوي على العبارة « 2025/Offre Technique - N°09/SCDA/SCIMAT >»
- العروض المالية يجب أن تحتوي على جميع الوثائق المطلوبة في دفتر الشروط وتوضع في ظرف منفصل مغلق يحتوي على العبارة «2025/Offre Financiere - N°09/SCDA/SCIMAT >>
- يوضع الظرفين المغلقين في ظرف خارجي مغلق ومجهول لا يحمل إلا العبارة التالية:
" مناقصة لا تفتح " إلي السيد أمين لجنة الشراء لشركة الإسمنت عين التوتة -SCIMAT 73 مكرر، شارع بن فليس -حي الاخضرار - باتنة - 05000 مناقصة وطنية مفتوحة رقم: 09/أ.ل.ش/ش.م.ع.ت/2025 توريد وتجميع واختبار وتشغيل نظام إزالة الانسداد باستخدام مدافع الهواء لأبراج التسخين المسبق لمصنع الإسمنت عين التوتة
- يبقى المتعهدون ملتزمين بعروضهم لمدة 120 يوم ابتداء من تاريخ آخر أجل لإيداع العروض. ملاحظة: إمكانية الاطلاع على دفتر الشروط على الموقع: www.scimat.dz/appeloffres
