Le Groupement Hassi Bir Rekaiz (GHBR) informe par la présente l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres Nº GHBR-DRL-25-078, relatif à la « Fourniture têtes de puits et arbres de Noël et de services pour la campagne de forage de développement de la phase 2 du gisement HBR », suite à l’ouverture et à l’évaluation des Offres Commerciales correspondant aux offres jugées techniquement conformes, le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire suivant:

Les soumissionnaires ont la possibilité d’introduire un recours portant sur le traitement de leur offre par e-mail à l'adresse HBR-Contract_2026@ghbr.dz ,dans un délai de cinq (5) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis.

Groupement Hassi Bir Rekaiz (GHBR), hereby announces to all bidders who participated in the Tender No. GHBR-DRL-25-078 for the "Supply of Wellhead and X-Mas Tree Equipment & Services for HBR Phase 2 Development Drilling Campaign", that following the opening and examination of the Commercial Offers corresponding to the technically compliant offers, the Contract has been temporarily awarded to following bidder:

In the event that bidders have concerns on the handling of their bids, appeals may be submitted by email to HBR-Contract_2026@ghbr.dz within five (5) days from the date of this publication.

يُعلن مجمع حاسي بير الركايز (GHBR) بموجب هذا الإشعار لجميع المتعهدين الذين شاركوا في المناقصة رقم GHBR-DRL-25-078 والخاصة بـتوريد معدات رأس البئر وأشجار الكريسماس وخدماتها للمرحلة الثانية من حملة الحفر التطويرية في حاسي بير ركايز أنه وبعد فتح ودراسة العروض التجارية للعروض المطابقة تقنياً، فقد تم إسناد العقد مؤقتًا إلى المتعهد التالي:

 يحق للمتقدمين بتقديم العطاءات تقديم طعن بشأن معالجة عطاءاتهم عبر البريد الإلكتروني على HBR-Contract_2026@ghbr.dz خلال خمسة (5) أيام من تاريخ نشر هذا الإشعار.
