L’Entreprise Nationale de Grands Travaux Pétroliers « ENGTP », Direction Engineering, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participer à l’Appel d’Offres suscité, portant :
Fourniture Tôles Pour Réservoirs Atmosphérique A Toit Fixe De Stockage Carburants ESSENCE, GASOIL et JET A1
Que le contrat a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire PARESA déclaré le moins-disant pour un montant de 4 974 934,18 Euros en CFR.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au :
PRESIDENT DE LA COMMISION DE CONTROLE DE CONFORMITE
Contre accusé de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le Bulletin.

The National Petroleum Works Company "ENGTP", Engineering Department, hereby informs all tenderers having participated in the aforementioned tender regarding:
Supply of Sheet Metal for Atmospheric Tanks with Roofs Fixed Fuel Storage Facility for Gasoline, Diesel, and Jet A1
The contract has been provisionally awarded to the lowest tenderer, PARESA, for the amount of € 4 974 934.18 (CFR).
The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce recourse addressed to
The President of the Compliance Control Committee
filed against acknowledgement of receipt at the structure, in the 05 working days utmost as of the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.

تُعلم إدارة الهندسة للشركة الوطنية للأعمال البترولية الكبرى جميع المقدمين المتنافسين الذين شاركوا في المناقصة الذكورة اعلاه بأن العقد تم منحه مؤقتا للمترشح PARESA بمبلغ:
4 974 934,18 Euros يورو CFR
يجوز لأي مترشح معترض على هذا المنح المؤقت للعقد ان يقدم طعن موجه الى
رئيس لجنة مراقبة المطابقة
مع وصل الاستلام على مستوى المديرية خلال خمسة 05 أيام مفتوحة ابتدا من تاريخ نشر هذا الاشعار في مجلة المناقصات
