NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL TENDER No. BMS-416

The Operator “BMS OC”, association between SONATRACH SpA and Cepsa (Rhourde el Rouni). Operating in Algeria in Exploration and exploitation of Hydrocarbons in the perimeter of Rhourde El Rouni (Bloc 401C), informs Tenderers who participated in the National and International Tender No. BMS-416 for the "Provision of PROVISION OF DELL HARDWARE CORE AND VIRTUAL STORAGE EQUIPMENT AND SUPPORT SERVICES”, published in BAOSEM No. 1803 dated on 29/09/2020, that the contract has been awarded to ORSIMA SARL, for a value of USD 533,913.60 as the lowest commercial of the qualified proposals.

Bidders who dispute the choice made by the Contracting Structure may lodge their appeal with the latter within five (5) working days from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM.

L’Organe Conjoint des Opérations “OC BMS”, une association entre SONATRACH SpA, CEPSA (Rhoude el Rouni) Limited, exerçant en Algérie la recherche et l’exploitation des hydrocarbures sur le périmètre Rhourde El Rouni (Bloc 401C), informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International N° BMS-416 ayant pour objet « Fournitures de DELL HARDWARE CORE AND VIRTUAL STORAGE EQUIPMENT AND SUPPORT SERVICES, paru dans le BAOSEM N° 1803 du 29/09/2020, que le marché a été attribué à ORSIMA SARL pour un montant de USD 533,913.60 .

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la Structure Contractante, peuvent introduire leur recours auprès de cette dernière et ce, dans un délai de cinq (5) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM.
