IMPLEMENTATION OF A METHANE EMISSIONS MEASUREMENT, REPORTING & VERIFICATION (MRV) SYSTEM

The TIMIMOUN GROUP is, an association between Sonatrach, TotalEnergies E&P Algerie and CEPSA Algerie S.L, acting as the Operator of the TIMIMOUN gas field (Blocks 325a and 329), informs bidders concerned by the National & International Restricted Tender No APC26-011-CHM, published in BAOSEM No 2517 dated Jun 03,2026, that the deadline for submission of bids initially set for July 02, 2026, extended to July 17, 2026 has been extended to July 31, 2026 at 5:00 PM (Algeria local time).

Any bid received after 5:00 PM (Algeria local time) on the submission deadline date shall be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered.

Withdrawal terms from the initial notice, BAOSEM 2517 of 3 June 2026: tender documents are free and participation requests are sent to both apc.appel-offres03@gtim.dz and apc.appel-offres11@gtim.dz. The initial notice requires more than three years of experience in environmental engineering and at least two completion certificates for similar contracts. The current notice expressly sets the deadline at 31 July 2026, 5:00 PM.
