Inspection by specific instrumented pigs of “On-shore” loading lines in three separate lot

The SONATRACH Company, Pipeline Transportation Activity, Maintenance Division, Pipeline and Integrated Facilities Integrity Management Direction, issues the National and International Open Call for Tender N°01/TRC/MNT/GIC/2022 for:

Inline Inspection by specific instrumented pigs of “On-shore” loading lines, in three separated lot.

These documents :

A copy of the electronic trade register;

A candidate's identification sheet including the name of the company, the e-mail address, telephone, and fax number and any other useful information.

Payment receipts.

The call of Tender can be requested from the above address, by interested Specialized Companies, against payment of non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand dinars (10 000 DZD) for tenderers registered under Algerian Law and seventy €uros (70 €) for tenderers registered abroad.

The payment should be made via bank transfer to SONATRACH account bank: IBAN N° 002 000 05 05032 64 124 59 – SWIFT BEXADZALA 005 open at External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Branch Djenane el Malik, Hydra, Algiers 16000, Algeria.

One stage submission mode is applied to this Tender.

Under the present tender, Technical Offers without any indication of the price and Commercial Offers must be submitted at the same time in two separates inner envelopes contained in one outer envelope, at the following address:

 at the latest, ninety days (90 days), from the date of publication in BAOSEM of the invitation to tender.

Any submission received after this period will be considered null and void, the stamp of receipt of the order office of SONATRACH/ TRC Headquarters, being authentic.

The technical offers are accompanied by a bid guarantee of:

Local Bidder (under Algerian law) :

Lot N°01: one million two hundred and seventy-five thousand Algerian dinars (1,275,000 DA).

Lot N°02: two million Algerian dinars (2,000,000 DA).

Lot N°03: Three million eight hundred twenty-five thousand Algerian dinars (3,825,000 DA).

Foreign Bidder (under foreign law) :

Lot N°01: Seven Thousand Five Hundred Euros (€7,500) or equivalent.

Prize N°02: Twelve Thousand Euros (€12,000) or equivalent.

Lot N°03: Twenty-two Thousand Five Hundred Euros (€22,500) or equivalent.

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for a period of One Hundred and Fifty (150) days, plus an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of opening of bids. The period of validity of the tender guarantee will correspond to the period of validity of the offers.

The folds will be opened in the presence (optional) of the representatives of the Bidders, on a date which will be communicated to them in due course.
