National and International Open Invitation to Tender in ONE Step

The National Company of Drilling ‘E.NA.FOR/JSC’, contracting Structure : Directorate of Procurement and petroleum equipement issues a national and international open invitation to tender in one step regarding:

API RP 4G category III and IV inspection and re-certification of masts and substructures, 4G expertise and training.

The tenderers interested in the present notice, except those the blacklisted ones, may withdraw the tender package at :

Departement Passation des Contrats (DPC),Base Abdelhak Ben Hamouda ENAFOR Hassi Messaoud-W-(Ouargla)

upon transfer voucher for a sum of 10 000 DZD concerning Algerian tenderers and 80 USD (or equivalent) concerning the foreign ones, into account ENAFOR N° 002 000 3535 047 61 088 Clé 13, open at External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Agency of Hassi Messaoud (Ouargla).

The tenders making up the offer, accompanied by the original copy of the submission bail, must be handed over at the above address, in double sealed envelope with the following marks on the outer envelope:

The specifications’ withdrawal deadline is fixed in 20 days following the publication of this notice in the Baosem, and the technical and financial offers’ submission deadline is 35 days following its publication date in the BAOSEM, at 16h00 time limit as of the last workday.

Every offer received after the submission deadline shall be considered null and void.
