NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL RESTRICTED INVITATION TO TENDER

N°09/DAC/XP/GTFT/2024

The Tin Fouyé Tabenkort GROUPEMENT, acting as an "Operator" on behalf of Sonatrach and TotalEnergies EP Algeria, governed by legislative decree No. 93-08 of April 25, 1993, is issuing a Notice of National and International Restricted Invitation to Tender regarding :

Integration and implementation of the ERP SAP S/4HANA information system on behalf of GROUPEMENT TFT.

Interested tenderers for this National and International Restricted Tender Notice and specialized in the field of integration and implementation of the SAP ERP information system may receive the Tender Document electronically free of charge by sending an email to the address below, along with the following attachments:

1. A request for withdrawal of the specifications signed by the authorized person.

2. The person requesting the specifications must be an SAP integrator with a valid SAP Partner Entreprise (PE) service agreement for the SAP S/4HANA solution.

3. Have completed and finalized at least one (01) SAP S/4HANA ERP integration project within the last two (02) years, duly justified by a certificate of good performence.

The two (02) steps process applies to this Invitation to Tender.

First step : Technical offer

Technical offers must be sent by express courier, DHL, Fedex or similar, or by hand-delivered courier to the TFT GROUPING's Head Office, Base GTFT, zone du 24 février in Hassi Messaoud, so as to be received no later than the “offers Closing Date” specified below.

The opening and evaluation of the technical offers will be carried out by a TFT Group Contract Committee without the presence of the tenderers.

The outer envelope must bear only the following mention, under penalty of rejection :

Second step : Commercial offer

Notifications will be sent only to tenderers whose technical offers have been declared by the TFT Group's Contract Award Commission to meet the requirements of the Tender Documents and to be eligible for the commercial stage.

The deadline for the submission of offers is set at thirty (30) days as of the date of publication of this Tender Notice in the BAOSEM.

Any submission received after this deadline will be considered null and void.

tenderers shall remain engaged to their offer for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days as of the deadline for the submission of offers.
