L’acquisition de :

LOT N°01 : QUATRE (04) CAMIONS MALAXEURS DE 7 à 8 M3

LOT N°02 : UNE (01) POMPE A BETON DE 40 ML

LOT N°03 : TROIS (03) AUTO-BÉTONNIÈRES DE 3 M3 » ; Que le marché est attribué provisoirement comme suit :

LOT N°01 : QUATRE (04) CAMIONS MALAXEURS DE 7 à 8 M3 est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire LIEBHERR EXPORT AG pour un montant de: Cinq cent cinquante-sept mille six cents Euro en CFR soit en chiffre : 557 600.00 € en CFR

LOT N°02 : UNE (01) POMPE A BETON DE 40 ML est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire INTRACO Spa pour un montant de : Quatre cent quatre-vingt-quinze mille sept cent quatre-vingt-dix Euro en CFR soit en chiffre : 495.790.00 € en CFR

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution peut introduire un recours adressé au président de la commission des marchés et déposé contre accuser de réception au niveau de la structure au plus tard Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis dans le bulletin des appels d’offres du secteur de l’énergie et des mines (BAOSEM).

The Algerian Company of Industrial Projects Realization, “SARPI Spa”, a joint stock company, a 100% subsidiary of Sonatrach, located at: 10, Rue Mohamed Tahar Semmani, hydra- Algiers, informs all the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender N° 07/A/2024 , regarding:

supply of:

Batch 01: FOUR (04) MIXER TRUCKS 7 to 8 M3

Batch 02: ONE (01) CONCRETE PUMP OF 40 ML

Batch 03: THREE (03) AUTO-CONCRETE MIXERS 3 M3

That the contract has been provisionally awarded as follows:

Batch 01 : Has been provisionally awarded to tenderer: LIEBHERR EXPORT AG  For an amount of: 557.600.00 € en CFR

Batch 02 : Has been provisionally awarded to tenderer:  INTRACO Spa  For an amount of:  495.790.00 € en CFR

The tenderers questioning this awarding may introduce recourse addressed to:

The President of the Contracts’ Commission

And deposited in return of an acknowledgment receipt at the Structure SDAS of SARPI Spa, in a delay of 05 workdays utmost as of the date of the publication of this notice in the Bulleting of the invitation to Tender of the Energy and Mines Sector (BAOSEM).
