AVIS D’ATTRIBUTION PROVISOIRE DU MARCHE

La Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB, Direction Engineering et Procurement, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à la Consultation Sélective :

N°24/ PRC/ DEP/GCB/2024, portant sur  la fourniture de :

Lot 02 : « CLAPETS ANTI-RETOUR ADDITIONNELS (Dual Plate Check Valves) » me 

Au profit du Projet : « Réalisation en EPC du réseau de collecte pour le raccordement de 73 puits de Tinrhert à Alrar ».

Que le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire : PRIMEX STEEL TRADING GMBH

Pour un montant global de :

Soit en chiffres :30.000,00 USD ;

Soit en lettres : trente mille dollars.

Et ce conformément à la procédure passation des contrats interne de la Société Nationale de Génie Civil et Bâtiment GCB.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours qui suivent la parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire de marché sur le BAOSEM et se auprès de la structure contractante à l’adresse suivante :

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

The National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB, Engineering and Procurement Department, informs the tenderers who participated in the Selective Consultation:

No. 24/PRC/DEP/GCB/2024, relating to the supply of:

 Lot 02 : « ADDITIONAL CHECK VALVES (Dual Plate Check Valves)»

For the benefit of the Project: Realization in EPC of the collection network for the connection of 73 wells from Tinrhert to Alrar.

That the contract is provisionally awarded to the tenderer: PRIMEX STEEL TRADING GMBH

For a total amount of:

Either in figures:  30.000,00 USD;

Either in words: Thirty thousand dollars.

And this in accordance with the internal contracting procedure of the National Society of Civil Engineering and Building GCB.

Bidders who contest the choice made by the contracting structure may lodge an appeal within Five (05) days following the publication of this notice of provisional contract award on the BAOSEM and contact the contracting structure at the following address:
