L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national & international ouvert n°146/DVL/DAP/2024, paru dans le BAOSEM n° 2327 du 01/12/2024, portant sur :

L’acquisition de trois (03) semi-remorque porte engins avec treuil.

A été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « SIMATRA SA » pour un montant de Trois Cent Trente-Huit Mille Quatre Cent Euros CFR Port de Mostaganem (338 400,00 Euros CFR port de Mostaganem).

Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.

Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

Acquisition of three (03) semi-trailers for heavy equipment with winches.

The contract was provisionally awarded to the tenderer "SIMATRA SA" for the amount of Three Hundred Thirty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Euros CFR Port of Mostaganem (338 400.00 Euros CFR Port of Mostaganem).

Selection criterion : lowest financial offer among the technically selected offers.

Any tenderer contesting this choice may introduce a recourse with ENAC within a period of Five (05) working days as of the date of publication of the notice.

The recourse may only relate to decisions taken in the processing of his offer.
