The bidding documents can be withdrawn at the following address: Cité des Travailleurs Groupe 05 Villa N° 09, Dar Beida, Alger and at the latest (30) Thirty days from the date of publication of this notice of of national and international open invitation to tender on the BAOSEM by any interested tenderer, against presentation of a mandate and payment of a non-refundable amount of (5 000.00 DA) Five Thousand Algerian Dinard. A two steps mode of submission is applied to the present tender.

Applicants must submit the technical tender, accompanied by the administrative and fiscal documents mentioned in the tender specifications.
