The offer must contain the documents that are required in the specifications, divided into 02 parts:

Technical file;

Financial file.

The technical and financial files are contained in 02 distinct folds, must be deposited in a sealed and anonymous fold at the following address:

The specifications may be withdrawn or transmitted by email: arzew.achat@fertial-dz.com in a period of 15 days as of the first publication of this notice in the daily newspapers and BAOSEM.

The tenderers must submit their offers in a period of 21 workdays utmost at 16h00 after the first publication of this notice, at the address mentioned above.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 90 workdays as of the offers’ submission deadline.

NB: FERTIAL reserves the right to cancel this invitation to tender at any stage of the procedure, for reasons of which it shall be the sole judge.
