Lot N°3 : Thermomètres

Qu’aprèsExamen et Evaluation des Offres Techniques et Financières, lescontratspour les Lot N° 1 et Lot N°2 ont été attribués provisoirement à :

- Montant de l’Attribution du Contrat :Neuf cent quatre-vingt-huit mille huit cent cinquante-quatre euros, en Hors Taxes (988 854,00 €)Pour un montant CFR port Algérien.

Montant de l’Attribution du Contrat :Quarante-quatre millions huit cent trente-trois mille deux cent cinquante-sept dinars algériens(44 833 257,00 DA), en TTC hormis la TVA rendu à Oued Smar Alger,

Les soumissionnairescontestant le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) Jours Ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de présent avis d’attribution provisoire duContrat au BAOSEM et ce auprès de la structure contractante à l’adresse suivante :

The Company SONATRACH, Exploration – Production Activity, Production Division, Procurement and Transport Direction, located at 08, Chemin du Reservoir Hydra, Algiers - Algeria, informs all the bidders who participated in the open National and International Call of Tender No SH-EP-PROD-APT/21/2025/P, published in the BAOSEM Magazine N°2392 of June, 10^th2025, concerning the Acquisition of:

Batch N°1: Pressure gauges

Batch N°2: Differential pressure gauges

Batch N°3: Thermometers

That after Examination and Evaluation of the Technical and Financial Offers, the contract is provisionally awarded as :

Batch No. 01 : Pressure gauges

Success fulBidder : SUPCON TECHNOLOGY CO.LTD.

Contract Award Amount  :Nine hundred eighty-eight thousand eight hundred and fifty-four euros, Excluding Taxes (€988,854.00), CFR Algerian port.

Batch No. 02:Differential pressure gauges

SuccessfulBidder  :SARL GUEZEI MULTI SERVICES (GMS)

Contract Award Amount  : Forty-four million eight hundred thirty-three thousand two hundred and fifty-seven Algerian dinars, (44,833,257.00 DA), Inclusive of all taxes except TVA, delivered to Oued Smar, Algiers.

Bidders who contest the choice made by the contracting structure may lodge an appeal within five (05) working days, from the date of publication of this notice of provisional contract award to BAOSEM and to the contracting structure at the following address:
