National and International Open Invitation to Tender

The company GCB Genie Civil et Batiment, Direction Engineering and Procurement, located at: 23 Route de Corso Boudouaou, W. Boumerdès 35000 (Algérie), launches a notice of national and international open invitation to tender reference:

AONI N°08/PRC/SPM/DEP/GCB/2022, bearing on:

LOT 01: Manual gate valves and check valve

LOT 02: Electric wall valves

LOT 03: Electrical gate valves

For the benefit of the project: System of collection and treatment of industrial waste water from the Béjaia marine terminal.

The bidding documents can be withdrawn at the following address: 24 Corso Road Boudouaou, W. Boumerdès 35000 (Algérie), and at the latest (30) Thirty days from the date of publication of this notice of national and international open invitation to tender on the BAOSEM, by any interested tenderer, against presentation of a mandate and payment of a non-refundable amount of (5,000.00 DA) Five thousand Algerian dinars. The payment will be made by transfer to the bank account GCB BEA N ° 002 00111 1112200044/27 Boumerdes II agency for Algerian companies, and (50 €) fifty Euros for foreign bidders in the bank account of GCB BEA N ° 002000 82 82 120000 11-92 Rouiba EL KENZ agency. (IBAN NR :002 00082 8212000011 92-Code SWIFT: BEXADZAL082).

A two steps mode of submission is applied to the present tender.

Tenderers must refer to the provisions of the tender specifications for the preparation of tenders.

The technical offers must be accompanied by the submission precautions as follows:

For local suppliers:

LOT 01: MANUEL GATE VALVES AND CHECK VALVE

Amount of the deposit: 150 000 DA

LOT 02: ELECTRIC WALL VALVES

Amount of the deposit: 450 000 DA

LOT 03: ELECTRICAL GATE VALVES

Amount of the deposit: 350 000 DA

For foreign suppliers:

LOT 01: MANUEL GATE VALVES AND CHECK VALVE

Amount of the deposit: 1 500 Euros

LOT 02: ELECTRIC WALL VALVES

Amount of the deposit: 4 500 Euros

LOT 03: ELECTRICAL GATE VALVES

Amount of the deposit: 3 500 Euros

Applicants must submit only the technical offer, accompanied by the administrative and fiscal documents mentioned in the specifications.

As technical offers, must be submitted in three separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the following address:

Not later than (30) Thirty days from the date of publication of this notice to BAOSEM.

Tenderers whose technical offers have been declared compliant will be invited to submit a financial offer under the second stage.

NB: The technical offers remain valid for a period of 120 days from the date of opening of the technical offers. This period can be extended.
