In accordance with the provisions of the contracting regulations applicable to SONATRACH, the GP2Z Complex, informs all the tenderers who participated in the national and International Call for Tenders opened in one (1) single stage DAO N ° 05/GP2Z/T/2022 relating to "upgrading the control and command system of BOG butane 430/6101 A/B compressor motors, including installation, commissioning and training services". Published in BAOSEM No. 2019 of 06/26/2022. That the contract is provisionally awarded to the tenderer: INPROTEC INDUSTRIAL PROCESS TECHNOLOGIES SRL for a total amount excluding tax: One Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Euro excluding tax (155 700, 00 Euros),

Tenderers who contest the choice made by the Contracting Structure may lodge an appeal within Five (05) working days from the date of publication of the notice of provisional award of the Contract to BAOSEM at:

Conformément aux dispositions de la réglementation de passation des Contrats applicable à SONATRACH, le Complexe GP2Z, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres national et International ouvert en une (1) seule étape DAO N°05/GP2Z/T/2022 relatif à « la mise à niveau du système de contrôle et de commande des moto compresseurs BOG butane 430/6101 A/B y compris les prestations d’installation, de mise en service et de formation ». Paru sur le BAOSEM N° 2019 du 26/06/2022, que le contrat est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire : INPROTEC INDUSTRIAL PROCESS TECHNOLOGIES SRL pour un montant global en hors taxes soit : Cent Cinquante-Cinq Mille Sept Cent Euro en Hors Taxe (155 700,00 Euro/HT),

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la Structure Contractante, peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de la publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du Contrat au BAOSEM auprès du :
