NATIONAL  and INTERNATIONAL Invitation to Tender

EPE FERTIAL Jsc, the Algerian Fertilizers Company, Annaba Industrial Complex, represented by its Technical Directorate (Studies and Engineering Department), located at Route des Salines, P.O. Box 3088, Annaba 23000, Algeria, hereby informs all the tenderers who have withdrawn the National and International Invitation to Tender Documents No. 007/DT/DEE/2026 concerning:

OPERATION OF UNLOADING AND LOADING OF CATALYST AND ALUMINUM BEADS FROM THE 105D SYNTHESIS REACTOR UNIT AMMONIA of Industrial pole Fertial Annaba

published in BAOSEM No. 2527, issue dated July 07th,2026, that the deadline for withdrawing the Invitation to Tender file, initially set for July 27th,2026 before 4:00 p.m. (i.e., twenty-one (21) calendar days as of the date of the first publication in BAOSEM on July 07th ,2026), and the offers’ submission deadline, initially set for August 17th,2026 before 4:00 p.m. (i.e., forty-two (42) calendar days as of the date of the first publication in BAOSEM on July 07th,2026), are hereby extended as follows:

The new deadline for withdrawing the Invitation to Tender documents is Monday, August 31st, 2026, before 4:00 p.m. The ITT documents may be requested and withdrawn from the Procurement Department via the following email address: dao-annaba@fertial-dz.com.

The new deadline for the preparation and submission of offers is Tuesday, September 15 th,2026, before 4:00 p.m., at the following address:

The meeting of the offers’ Opening Committee is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., at the Directorate of the FERTIAL Annaba Industrial Complex.

The tender-document charge remains as stated in the initial notice, BAOSEM 2527 of 7 July 2026: DZD 10,000 for Algerian tenderers or EUR 70 for foreign tenderers. Withdrawal is by e-mail at dao-annaba@fertial-dz.com until 31 August 2026 before 16:00. Offers are due on 15 September 2026 before 16:00; opening is on 16 September at 10:00. This is a catalyst and alumina loading/unloading service for synthesis reactor 105D, rather than a purchase of chemicals.
