(All requests must be accompanied by proof of payment and a copy of the commercial register).
A bid bond is required. The amount and conditions of its return are specified in Part 0 of the tender specifications.
The preparation period for the offers is set at Twenty One (21) days from the first publication date of this invitation to tender in the BAOSEM.
The deadline for submission of offers is the last day of the preparation period, before 12:00 PM.
The bid opening will take place in a public session on the same day at 1:30 PM at the company’s headquarters.
If this date falls on a public holiday or a legal weekly rest day, the preparation period shall be extended to the next working day.
Bidders shall remain bound by their offers for a period of 120 days from the deadline for submission.
The technical and financial offers will be opened during the same session.
