N° : SH-EP-PROD-APT/24/2024/M, paru dans le BAOSEM N°2366 du 23/03/2025 relatif à l’acquisition de :

PIECES DE RECHANGE POUR POMPES « FLOWSERVE »

Qu’après examen et évaluation des offres techniques et financières, le Contrat est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire WIT SAL INC, pour un montant CFR port Algérien de : Onze millions huit cent quatre-vingt-dix-huit mille quatre cent un EUROS et soixante-cinq Centimes en Hors Taxes (11 898 401,65 Euro en HT).

Les soumissionnaires contestant le choix opéré par la structure contractante peuvent introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de présent avis d’attribution provisoire du Contrat au BAOSEM et ce auprès de la structure contractante à l’adresse suivante :

OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL OF TENDER

The National Company SONATRACH SpA, Exploration – Production activity, Production Division, Procurement and Transport Direction, located at 08, Chemin du Reservoir Hydra Algiers - Algeria,
informs all the bidders who participated in the open national and international call of tender No :
SH-EP-PROD-APT/24/2024/M published in the BAOSEM Magazine N°2366 of March, 23^rd 2025, concerning the acquisition of:

SPARE PARTS FOR FLOWSERVE PUMPS;

That after examination and evaluation of the technical and financial offers, the Contract is provisionally awarded to the Bidder WIT SAL INC, for an amount CFR Algerian port of: eleven million
eight hundred ninety-eight thousand four hundred one EUROS and sixty-five Cents, Excluding Taxes (11 898 401,65 EUR Excl.Tax)

Bidders who contest the choice made by the contracting structure may lodge an appeal within five (05) working days, from the date of publication of this notice of provisional contract award to BAOSEM and to the contracting structure at the following address:
