NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE

N°12/PRC/DEP/GCB/2023

The Company GCB Civil Engineering and Building Direction Engineering and Procurement/ Sub-Direction Procurement located at “Cité des Travailleurs Groupe 05 Villa N° 09, Dar Beida, Alger” launches a notice of national and international open pre-qualification under reference: PREQ -NIO N°12/PRC/DEP/GCB/2023,bearing on the:

Pre-selection of suppliers for the supply of the following Materials:

Lot 01 : Compressors

Lot 02 : Pumps

Lot 03 : Séparators

Lot 04 : Pig traps

Lot 05 : Line Pipe, Line Pipe GRP

Lot 06 : Valves

Lot 07 : Fittings and bolts

Lot 08 : Gaskets, gaskets kit

Lot 09 : Filters

Lot 10 : Injection skids

Lot 11 : Fire-fighting equipment

The prequalification documents can be withdrawn at the following address: “Cité des Travailleurs Groupe 05 Villa N° 09, Dar Beida, Alger”, at the latest (30) Thirty days from the date of publication of this notice of national and international open pre-qualification on the BAOSEM by any interested tenderer, against presentation of a mandate and payment of a non-refundable amount of (5 000.00 DA) five thousand Algerian Dinard. The payment will be made by transfer to the bank account GCB BEA N ° 002 00111 1112200044/27 Boumerdes II agency for Algerian companies and (50.00€) fifty Euro for foreign bidders in the bank account of GCB BEA N ° 002000 82 82 120000 11-92 Rouiba EL KENZ agency. (IBAN NR :002 00082 8212000011 92- Code SWIFT : BEXADZAL082).

Candidates must submit only the technical offer, accompanied by the administrative and fiscal documents mentioned in the specifications.

For the technical offers, they must be delivered without any indication of price and in three separate envelopes contained in the same envelope, to the following address:

Not later than (30) Thirty days from the date of publication of this notice to BAOSEM

Tenderers are authorized to submit for one or more lots, each lot will be the subject of a technical offer itself.

The technical offers will be opened and evaluated by the ad-hoc committee.

The candidates that their offer is technically compliant will be shortlisted and consulted for all the services covered by this prequalification.

The pre-selected tenderers will remain committed by their offer for a period of Five (05) years from the date of submission of the offers.
