Sonatrach-Eni Grouping, made up of two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria BV production governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993, operator in 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North blocks (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN, ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST, REC fields), in 401a 402a blocks (ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB fields) and 405b (MLE, CAFC fields) and in SF-FINE fields and ZEA, OO-II and SF-II perimeters, informs the tenderers having participated in the national and international open invitation to tender GSE N° 4162-00-HO-22, regarding:

“On-call” service of hydraulic fracturing

Published in the Baosem n° 2054 of September, 29^th 2022, that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the lower offering tenderer as follows:

Every tenderer questioning this provisional awarding may introduce recourse nearby:

The President of the Contracts’ Commission of Sonatrach-Eni Grouping

In a delay of 05 workdays as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem.

Beyond this delay, no recourse shall be receivable.

Le Groupement Sonatrach- Eni constitué des deux sociétés Sonatrach, et ENI Alegria production BV régi par le décret 93-08 du 25/04/1993, opérateur dans les blocs 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North, (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN,ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST,REC), dans les blocs 401a & 402a (Champs ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB) et 405b (Champs MLE, CAFC) et dans le Champ SF-FINE et Périmètres ZEA, OO-II et SF-II, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à d’appel d’offres national et international ouvert GSE N° 4162-00-HO-22 ayant pour objet :

Prestation de Service « sur appel » de fracturation hydraulique

Paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2054 du 29/09/2022, que le marché a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire le moins disant :

HALLIBURTON ENERGY SERVICES Inc., Algeria Division

Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution provisoire peut introduire un recours auprès du président de la commission des marchés du groupement Sonatrach-Eni, et ce au plus tard dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à partir de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM.

Passé ce délai, aucun recours ne sera recevable.
