APPEL D'OFFRES N° GHBR-PRJ-24-033

Le Groupement Hassi Bir Rekaiz (GHBR), une coentreprise entre SONATRACH et PTTEP, annonce par la présente à tous les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l'appel à manifestation d'intérêt (AMI) national et international ouvert à la participation à l'appel d'offres pour :

Prestation de Services D’ingénierie, D’approvisionnement, de Construction, de Mise en Service et de Démarrage (EPCCS) pour la Phase 2 du Développement sur le Terrain De HBR, Installation Centrale de Traitement (CPF),

telle que publiée dans le BAOSEM n° 2259 du 15 mai 2024, qu'après l'ouverture et l'examen des offres commerciales correspondant aux offres techniquement conformes, le contrat a été attribué à The Petroleum Projets and Technical entreprise (chef de file) en consortium avec Arkad SpA (membre), pour une valeur contractuelle estimée comme suit :

• Prix forfaitaire : 666 481 740,00 USD et 40 245 227 094,00 DA
• Prix provisoire : 69 061 982,90 USD et 5 380 842 509,40 DA
• Total équivalent à : 1 087 936 069,88 USD.

Les soumissionnaires ont la possibilité de faire appel auprès du GHBR concernant le traitement de leurs offres dans un délai de cinq (5) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis d'attribution dans le BAOSEM.

Groupement Hassi Bir Rekaiz (GHBR), a joint venture between SONATRACH and PTTEP hereby announces to all bidders who participated in the National and International open invitation to Expression of Interest (EOI) to Participate in the Tender for:

Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Startup (EPCCS) for HBR Field Development Phase 2, Central Processing Facility (CPF) and Related Facilities

as published in BAOSEM No. 2259 on 15 May 2024, that following the opening and examination of the Commercial Offers corresponding to the technically compliant offers, the Contract has been awarded to The Petroleum Projects and Technical Company (Leader) in consortium with Arkad SpA (member), for an Estimated Contract Value as follows:

• Lump Sum Price: USD 666,481,740.00 and DA 40,245,227,094.00
• Provisional Sum Price: USD 69,061,982.90 and DA 5,380,842,509.40
• Total Equivalent of USD 1,087,936,069.88.

Bidders are afforded the opportunity to submit an appeal regarding the handling of their bids with GHBR within five (5) working days from the date of publication of this award notice in BAOSEM.
