PRESTATION DE TRAVAUX DE GÉNIE CIVIL NON COURANTS POUR LE BLOC MLN ET SERVICES POUR LE CHAMP MLN, BLOC 405A BAOSEM n° 2323

PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi (Société), en association avec Sonatrach-S.P.A et Repsol Exploracion 405A, S.A., « L'Association », régie par le décret présidentiel n° 24-438 du 31 décembre 2024, agissant en qualité d'opérateur pour le développement du bloc 405a de Menzel Lejmat Nord MLN, situé dans le bassin de Berkine, en Algérie, et dont le siège social est situé à l'immeuble Bali / The Legacy Luxury Hotel Alger Hydra, 1er étage, Lotissement Moutchatchou, Lot BD11, Haut Site Hydra 16043 Alger, Algérie ; Informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l'appel d'offres national ouvert n° 24-438 du 31 décembre 2024. Avis n° 2408 A (24) relatif à la fourniture de services de génie civil non courants pour le bloc MLN, bloc 405A, publié au BAOSEM n° 2323 du 19 Novembre 2024. Ainsi que dans le BAOSEM n° 2340 du 07Janvier 2025 relatif à la prolongation de la date de clôture

Après ouverture et évaluation des offres techniques et financières, le marché a été provisoirement attribué à la société SARL INCO INDUSTRIAL CONTRACTING pour un montant de 603 485 850,00 DA et une durée de 3 ans.

Les soumissionnaires contestant le résultat de l'appel d'offres national susmentionné peuvent introduire un recours auprès de la structure contractante dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de publication du présent avis au BAOSEM. à compter de la date de publication de l'avis au BAOSEM, en adressant leur demande à :

PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi (Company), in association with Sonatrach-S.P.A and Repsol Exploracion 405A,S.A, “The Association” managed by the presidentiel decret N°- 24-438 of December, 31^st 2024, acting as operator for development of Menzel Lejmat North MLN Block 405a, located in the Berkine Basin Algeria, having its Head Office at Bali Building / The Legacy Luxury Hotel Algiers Hydra, 1^st Floor, Lotissement Moutchatchou, Lot BD11, Haut Site Hydra 16043 Algiers, Algeria, informs the bidders who participated in the national open invitation to tender Nº. 2408 A (24) for:

Provision of Non-Routine Civil Works for MLN Block 405a Field

Published in BAOSEM No. 2323, dated 19/11/2024, along with BAOSEM No. 2340, dated 07/01/2025 pertaining to the extension of the closing date, that after opening and evaluation of the technical and financial tenders, the contract has been provisionally awarded to the commercially lowest bidding tenderer SARL INCO INDUSTRIAL CONTRACTING  for an amount of : 603,485,850.00 DA  and 03 years  duration.

The tenderers that may contest the results of the above mentionned National invitation to tender, can submit an appeal with the contracting structure within the five (05) business days, starting from the publication date of the current notice in the BAOSEM by sending their enquiry letter to:
