Il est porté à la connaissance de l'ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l'appel d'offres National & International référencé AONIO N° 007/GSS/2025, ayant pour objet, :

Projet Revamping FGL, Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning

Paru initialement dans le BAOSEM Nº 2364 en date du 17 Mars 2025, que le contrat a été attribué Provisoirement au soumissionnaire le moins disant nommé ci-après ;

Contrat : Projet Revamping FGL Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning.

Pour une Période de : 45 mois ;

Compagnie : Consortium of CHINA Tianchen Engineering Corporation & Shaanxi petroleum Chemical Engineering and construction Co.,Ltd

Montant : 238.800.000,00 USD en toutes taxes comprises, y compris 9.376.056.022,21 DA.

Tout soumissionnaire contestant le choix opéré par le service contractant peut introduire un recours auprès de la structure contractante Groupement GSS, dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours à compter de la première publication du présent avis sur BAOSEM. Passé ce délais aucun recours ne sera accepté.

Published initially in BAOSEM No. 2364 dated 17/03/2025, that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the lowest bidder named below;

Company: Consortium of CHINA Tianchen Engineering Corporation & Shaanxi petroleum Chemical Engineering and construction Co.,Ltd

Contract Amount: 238.800.000,00 USD including all Taxes, included 9.376.056.022,21 DA.

Contract Duration: 45 months.

Any bidder contesting the choice made by the contracting service may introduce an appeal with the contracting structure Groupement GSS, within a period of five (05) days from the first publication of this notice on BAOSEM. After this period, no appeal will be accepted.
