Sonatrach-Agip Group, made up of two companies Sonatrach and ENI Algeria BV production governed by decree 93-08 dated 25 April 1993, operator in 403, 403a, 403d blocks (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROM, ROME, ROMN, ZEA, ZEK and REC fields) and in 401a and in 402a blocks (ROD fields), issues a national and international restricted invitation to tender, regarding:

Provision and Installation on “Call-Out Basic” of Concentric Coiled Tubing System for Down-Hole Injection.

Only the companies specialized in the required field are invited to tender.

The tenderers that are interested in this invitation to tender may withdraw the specifications at Supplies and Contracts Department, Sonatrach-Agip Group at: P 475, Zone Industrielle, route d’Ouargla, Hassi Messaoud 30500, Wilaya de Ouargla, Algérie, in return of the presentation of a legalised copy of the trade register, as well as the company’s stamp, or send the trade register and the company’s information by e-mail at the following addresses:

The tendering mode in one-stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

In this invitation to tender, the technical tenders, with no indication to the price and the financial ones must be put simultaneously in two separates envelopes contained in the same external one.

The external envelope containing the two envelopes, must be anonymous.

The “closing date for the tender’s receipt” is 30 days at 18h00 as from the publication date of the present invitation to tender in the Baosem (the publication date is included).

The closing date for the bid package withdrawal is 45 days at from the publication date of this notice in the Baosem (the publication date is included).

Every tender received after the day of the closing date shall be considered null and void.

The tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of 180 days as of the closing date for the bids receipt.

All tender package preparation expenses and/or each additional document expenses which shall be possibly required within this framework by Sonatrach-Agip Group during the evaluation remain exclusively payable by the tenderer.

The tenders’ opening and evaluation shall be done by an internal contracts commission of Sonatrach- Agip Grouping, without the presence of the tenderers.

Important:

This invitation to tender concerns the tenderers owning or possessing the following conditions:

Having an experience of three (03) years in similar projects for key persons

An operational base in Hassi Messaoud

Provision and installation on “call-out basic” of concentric coiled tubing system
