NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION

TENDER Nº GHBR-PRJ-25-053

Groupement Hassi Bir Rekaiz (GHBR), group governed by Legislative Decree No.93-08 of 25/04/1993 acting as an operator for the conduct and execution of joint operations between SONATRACH and PTTEP, launches a National and International Open Tender Notice for:

Provision of Engineering and Procurement for HBR Field Development Phase 2a: Oil Gathering System

Tenderers interested to participate in this Invitation to Tender are invited to request the tender package from GHBR Procurement & Contracts Department via the e-mail address below:

In the request email, Tenderers shall attach the following documents:

- Letter of request for the tender package printed on Tenderer’s letterhead duly signed and stamped by Tenderer including contact details

- Copy of the Trade/Commercial Registration for the provision of the relevant services.

Tenderers are requested to confirm their intention to participate in the Tender within seven (7) days Only Tenderers who have confirmed participation will be issued Tender Bulletins during the bidding process.

The submission of Tenders (Technical & Commercial Proposals) shall be made in two (2) stages, strictly following the procedures specified in the Instructions to Tenderer as follows:

• Stage 1-Submission of Technical and Unpriced Commercial Proposals
• Stage 2-Submission of Priced Commercial Proposals. Only technically acceptable/successful Tenderers from Stage 1 will be invited to submit their proposed pricing.

The deadline for submission of Stage 1 Tenders shall be sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this Invitation to Tender in BAOSEM. The exact closing date is stated in the letter of Invitation to Tender.

Any tenders received after the deadline (bid closing date) will be considered null and void. GHBR’s stamp is the only factor determining the time of receipt.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of 180 days from the bid closing date.
