NOTICE OF OPEN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDERS N°40/2025/S-PE/DRPAL/RDJCC

The Algerian Electricity and Gas Company - Electricity Production - Algiers Regional Production Directorate/ Ras-Djinet CC Production Unit, is issuing a national and international call for tenders open in one (01) phase for:

Provision of extended inspection supervision of hot parts (e-HGPI) of the TG and intermediate TV and alternator overhaul of production units 50, 60, and 70 of the production unit Ras-Djinet CC in three lots:

Lot 1: Combined Cycle Unit N° :50

Lot 2: Combined Cycle Unit N° :60

Lot 3: Combined Cycle Unit N° :70

Upon presentation of proof Payment of Ten Thousand Algerian Dinars (10 000,00 DA) by bank transfer to the account of the Algerian Electricity and Gas Company - Electricity Production N° : 001 00 643 0300 000 799/32 opened with the National Bank of Algeria located at Rue LARBI Boualem-35200 Bordj-Menaiel, Province of Boumerdes.

Tenderers must submit, in a single step, separately, a technical offer, without any reference to price, and a financial offer mentioning the price.

Tenderers must send the technical and commercial offer, accompanied by the regulatory documents listed in the specifications.

Deadline for submission of offers: Offers must be submitted to the above address in a double sealed envelope no later than December 31th, 2025 at 10:30 a.m

The bid opening session is public and will take place immediately after the deadline for submitting bids. The outer envelope must be anonymous, without letterhead or acronym, and must contain only the following information:

All offers must be accompanied, at the time of submission and no later than the bid submission deadline, by a bid bond issued to the Algerian Electricity and Gas Company - Electricity Production in an amount greater than one percent (1%) of the total amount, inclusive of all taxes, of the commercial offer from a leading Algerian bank.

Tenderers will remain bound by their offers for a period of 180 days from the bid submission deadline.
