TENDER Nº GHBR-23-036

Groupement Hassi Bir Rekaiz (GHBR), as the Operator for the conduct and the execution of the joint operations between SONATRACH and PTTEP for the exploitation period in Hassi Bir Rekaiz permit in Blocks 443a, 424a, 414ext & 415ext located in El Oued/Ouargla region approximately 250 km (road distance) from Hassi Messaoud, issues a National open Invitation to Tender for:

Provision Of Light Vehicle Rental Services In 3 Lots

Tenderers interested in this Invitation to Tender are invited to request the Tender Documents from Procurement & Contracts Department, by submitting the following documents by email to the address below:

- Letter of Request for the Tender Documents, duly signed and stamped by the Tenderer, including contact details.

- A copy of the Trade Register including the activity code corresponding to the Provision Of Light Vehicle Rental Services.

Tenderers are required to confirm their intention to submit a tender within Seven (7) days after receipt of the Tender Documents. To be noted that only bidders who confirm to submit an offer will be able to take part in the bid clarification process.

The submission of the Technical & Commercial Proposals shall be in a single stage, strictly following the instructions indicated in the Call for Tenders Document “Instructions to Tenderers”.

The deadline for receipt of tenders shall be Thirty (30) days from the first date of publication of this Invitation to Tender on BAOSEM. The exact deadline will be specified in the Letter of Invitation to the Tender.

Any tenders received after the deadline for submission of tenders will be considered null and void. GHBR’s stamp is the only element to determine the time and date of receipt of tenders.

Tenderers shall remain bound by their tenders for a period of Eight (8) months from the deadline for tenders’ submission.
