NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL RESTRICTED INVITAION TO TENDER

N° 04/SH-E&P-FOR-MDL/2023, for:

“Provision of operating systems, Gas systems

and new technology equipment in two lots”

(In a Two-stage procedure)

SONATRACH, Activité Exploration & Production, Division Forage, Direction Mud Logging, Hassi Messaoud, Ouargla-Algeria (30500), launches a restricted national and international Invitation to tender in a two-stage procedure for the Provision of operating systems, Gas systems and new technology equipment in two lots, as following:

- Lot N°1: Provision of Mud Logging Equipment, operating systems and Gas systems

- Lot N°2: Provision of Mud Logging new technology equipment

Interested Tenderers may submit an offer for One (01) lot or for Two (02) lots.

The present call for tender is addressed to the only:

- Lot N°1: specialized companies in the development and design of Mud Logging systems;

- Lot N°2: specialized companies in the development and design of Mud Logging new technology equipment

After publication of the invitation to tender in the BAOSEM, Interested Tenderers can withdraw the technical specification document every day of the week from 07h30 to 11h30 and from 13h30 to 18h30 at the following address:

Withdrawal of the technical specification document is charged 10,000.00 DZD for companies based in Algeria. Companies based abroad are charged 120.00 $ or 100.00€, this must be justified through a payment to following SONATRACH account:

To protect the integrity of the process, the technical offer must be placed in an inner sealed envelope, which is, in turn, placed in another outer sealed anonymous envelope on which are printed the necessary indications and should be handed by a carrier or through express delivery to the following address:

Deadline for withdrawal of Tender Documents:

The deadline for the withdrawal of the Tender documents is Fifty (50) calendar days, starting from the date of publication of the Invitation to tender notice in the BAOSEM.

Deadline for preparation and submission of Technical Offers:

The deadline for the preparation and submission of technical offers is Sixty (60) calendar days, starting from the date of publication of the Invitation to Tender notice in the BAOSEM.

No other date will be taken into account

Bids received after the closing date will not be considered

Tenderers or their dully-appointed representatives will be invited to the tenders opening session, which will take place on the third day after the closing date.

If the closing date coincides with a rest day, the opening will take place on the following working day

Tenderers will remain committed to their offers for 150 days, a period that can be extended for an extra 30 days if required

Tender guarantee, in the form of a bid bond, must be provided as follows:

Lot N°1:

- 13 200 000.00 DZD for Algeria-based companies

- 78 000.00 € or 93 000.00 USD for companies based abroad

Lot N°2:

- 9 600 000.00 DZD for Algeria-based companies

- 56 400,00 € or 67 400.00 USD for companies based abroad

The bid bonds remain valid for 180 calendar days starting from bid opening day.
