PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi (Company), in association with Sonatrach-S.P.A and Repsol Exploracion S.A, “The Association” managed by the presidentiel decret N°- 24-438 of December, 31st 2024, acting as operator for development of Menzel Lejmat North MLN Block 405a, located in the Berkine Basin Algeria, having its Head Office at Bali Building/The Legacy Luxury Hotel Algiers Hydra, 1st Floor, Lotissement Moutchatchou, Lot BD11, Haut Site Hydra 16043 Algiers, Algeria; launches a restricted national and International tender related to:

Scope of Work:

The service is not limited to processing through Pre-STK Time Migration (PSTM), Full Waveform Inversion (FWI), and Q Pre-STK Depth Migration (QPSDM) ~821 km2 (survey outline) of high dense 3D seismic making up the MLN 3D 2026 Survey. The input data for this project will be uncorrelated continuous field records. Several legacy Checkshot/Vertical Seismic Profile (VSP) surveys have also been acquired within the outline and are expected to help support parameter and workflow choices for the main processing. The general objective would be to apply a high-quality seismic processing workflow to able to produce good, consistent AVO-compliant broad bandwidth seismic imaging both in time and depth domain.

Company invites tenderers interested by the current free electronic Invitation To tender (ITT) to manifest their interest by sending by e-mail, to the below provided addresses, the following documents:

Letter of interest requesting for a copy of the invitation to tender documents. The interest letter must be duly signed by the tenderer’s authorized person;

A copy of a valid certified trade license (trade register) delivered by the tenderer’s country local authorities.

A list of similar experience within the last 10 years in performing seismic processing in Algeria.

This invitation to tender is a one stage process which requires tenderers to submit both the separated Technical and Commercial proposals at once, before the set deadline.

The scanned copies of the required documents must be readable and of good quality, PDF format is recommended.

Deadlines:

The deadline and time for sending the Interest letter and the trade license is fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Baosem magazine & the online platform, at 6 pm on the last day of submission, Algeria local time.

The deadline for the Bids submission is Thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Baosem magazine & the online platform, at 6 pm on the last day of submission deadline, Algeria local time.

The date of publication is included in the calculation of both the above submission deadlines.

For submission of the Letter of interest and requested documents by email, the date and time of receipt in the designated email inboxes shall determine the eligibility of the Tenderer to participate in this Invitation to Tender.Any documents received after the deadline shall be considered null and void.

For Bids submission at the SH/Pertamina Base de Vie, Hassi Messaoud, the date, time and stamp of receipt issued by the Reception Office shall constitute proof of timely submission and determine bid acceptance.

Any bid submitted or received by post courier at the Reception Office, after the above-mentioned deadline will be considered as null and void.

Bidders remain committed by their offers for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from the closing date for bids receipt.

Conditions of Participation :

This tender is restricted for bidders meeting the following conditions:

Having valid certified trade License delivered by the tenderer’s country local authorities;

Having similar experience within the last 10 years in performing seismic processing in Algeria.

Not being listed in the Sonatrach vendors blacklist;

Not having litigation with PT Pertamina Algeria Eksplorasi Produksi or its parteners, including Sonatrach;

All the cost incurred for the preparation of the bids documents, the shipping fees and any associated cost must be entirely a tenderer’s charge. Tenderers shall not get into any recourse to claim to Company for the reimbursement of such cost.
