PROVISION OF SURFACE WELL TESTING SERVICES IN CALL OUT BASIS FOR GROUPEMENT REGGANE

The GROUPEMENT Reggane, an association formed between SONATRACH S.P.A, Repsol Exploración Argelia S.A., and Harbour Energy Algeria GmbH, acting as operator for the development and exploitation of the Reggane Nord field, Block 351C, hereby launches National and International Restricted Call for Bids to bidders specialized in the supply of this type of Services and having recognized references in the industry and has performed similar services, Companies under Algerian law and companies under foreign law having a permanent establishment in Algeria justified by C-20, for :

PROVISION OF SURFACE WELL TESTING SERVICES IN CALL OUT BASIS FOR GROUPEMENT REGGANE

The GROUPEMENT REGGANE invites companies specialized in the field and having recognized references for this type of services to submit their expression of interest to participate by sending an email to pclreggane@regganegaz.dz”, including the following required documents:

An email request quoting the reference of the Call for Bid.

A copy of the “electronic” Commercial Register showing the activity code(s) corresponding to the subject of the Call for Bid.

A valid C.20 proofing company establishment in Algeria.

NB: The tender dossier is provided free of charge.

The deadline for collection of the tender dossier is set at Fifteen (15) Days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.

The deadline for submission of bids is set at Twenty-Five 25 Days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM, before 16:00.

If the closing date coincides with a public holiday and/or a legal rest day, bids may be submitted on the next working day.

Any bid received after the above-mentioned deadline shall be considered inadmissible.

All costs incurred by and/or associated with bidders’ participation in this Invitation to Tender shall be borne exclusively by the bidders.
