The Reggane Groupement, an association formed by SONATRACH, REPSOL, DEA Deutsche Erdoel AG and EDISON International, as an operator for the development and operation of the Reggane Nord field, and more specifically Block 351C, located in the Reggane region, 1500 km south-west of Algiers launches as part of the development of the Reggane Nord project a National and International Open Call for Bid for the:

PROVISION OF TUBULAR INSPECTION SERVICES FOR DRILLING CAMPAIGN

This notice concerns only companies specialized in the supply of this type of Services and having recognized references in the industry.

Companies interested in this call for bids must submit their request for interest to participate or by sending an e-mail concerning the following documents required:
1.A copy of the Trade Register in the field as Service Provider or the equivalent in certificate of qualification and occupational classification.
2.Company information

Important: It should be noted that tenderers should have no ongoing litigation with SONATRACH, REPSOL, DEA Deutsche Erdoel AG and EDISON International, either alone or as part of a partnership. This condition must also be fulfilled by its parent company and its subsidiaries.

Upon presentation of all the documents mentioned above (1 and 2), the Companies interested in this invitation to tender will receive the specifications, free of charge, via the aforementioned email address.

Tenderers are invited to submit their technical and commercial offers according to the terms and conditions specified in the tender specifications.

The deadline for receipt of tenders is Thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.

Any submission received after 18:00 pm (local time Algeria) on the day of the deadline will be considered null and void.

All costs incurred or associated with the preparation of tenders shall be borne exclusively by the tenderer.

Bidders shall remain bound by their Bids for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of receipt of the Bids.
