The GROUPEMENT BIR SEBA, governed by Legislative Decree No. 93-08 of 25 April 1993, comprising between SONATRACH, PVEP and PTTEP Algeria, acting as the operator for Bir Seba field development and specifically blocks 433a & 416b, located in the region of Touggourt, 130 km from Hassi Messaoud, issues a National and International Open Tender for:

PROVISION OF WELL CONTROL & PREVENTION SERVICES FOR BRS PHASE II DEVELOPMENT DRILLING PROGRAM

The delivery of the specifications will be, free of charge, by Contracts & Procurement Department, to the companies interested by the present notice, published «BAOSEM», against a request by e-mail and Copy of the Trade Register, duly authenticated and scanned, at the address below:

Bidders must submit their Technical and Commercial Bids at the same time, each one in a separate envelope. The two envelopes must be put in sealed envelope as strictly anonymous and submitted at the above address.

Bid reception deadline is set to Forty Five (45) Days with effect from the first publication date of this request for bids in the BAOSEM (for the last day reception at 18hrs.00).

Any bid received after 18hrs.00 (local Algerie time) on the deadline day will be considered as null and void the GBRS, Stamp is the only determinant for the reception of all bidders.

Bidders must remain open for acceptance for a period of 210 days with effect from the Bid Closing Date.
