NOTICE FOR A RESTRICTED NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDERS

GROUPEMENT TIMIMOUN, an association between SONATRACH, TOTAL E&P ALGERIE and CEPSA, acting as the Operator of the TIMIMOUN gas field (Blocks 325a and 329), hereby issues a restricted national and international Call for Tender for the provision of the following:

PROVISION OF WELL TESTING SERVICES WITH MULTIPHASE FLOW METER

This call for tenders concerns only companies specialized in the field, with a minimum experience of five (5) years in Algeria.

The preferred MPFM accuracy is ± 2% for gas flowrate. In any case, accuracy must be better than +/-5% for the whole range of gas flowrate.

The Groupement Timimoun invites interested and eligible bidders specialized in this field of service to submit their interest request to participate by sending an e-mail to " apc.appel-offres01@gtim.dz " including the following required documents:

1-Copy of the Trade Register bearing the activity code (s) corresponding to the subject of the call for tenders;

2-An application with the company stamp.

This Call for Tender will be conducted in one single phase. In accordance with the Part A - Instructions to Bidders, bidders shall submit separate sealed technical and commercial tenders in one single sealed anonymous package This envelope must contain obligatorily and only the following mention, under penalty of rejection:

The Closing Date for receipt of Tenders is fixed to thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice on BAOSEM (day of publication included). Any Tender received after the above-mentioned Closing Date shall not be accepted.

All direct and indirect costs borne by Tenderers in taking part in this tendering process will be at their own expense.
