ENI Exploration (El Djazair) Limited issue a national and international open competitive tender regarding:

Purchase of one FORKLIFT 09 T

Only companies specialized in the field are invited to be prospective bidders.

The closing date and time for receipt of Tenders shall be 30 days from date of publication in BAOSEM.

The Tender may be forwarded by courier service or delivered by hand to the address and person stated below.

Tenderer is solely responsible for ensuring that Tender reaches the required location by the stated date. All methods of delivery shall be at Tenderer’s risk.

A Tender received later than the closing date and time stated above may be rejected, regardless of the means of delivery to the Operator.

Except under exceptional circumstances there shall be no extension(s) granted to the closing date and time for the submission of the Tender.

Unless specifically requested, the Operator will not acknowledge receipt of a Tender.

A Tender may be withdrawn by written (hard original, email or facsimile) requests only. Such request will only be accepted by the Operator prior to the closing date and time for receipt of a Tender.

Tenderers should submit their Tender in two (2) separate volumes, each separately packaged and sealed as follows.

These shall comprise a Commercial Volume in one (1) original and two (2) copies and a Technical Volume in one (1) original and two (2) copies.

The Tender shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly identified as ‘Technical’ and ‘Commercial’ and marked with the Tenderer’s reference code as detailed in the Invitation to Tender cover letter and addressed as follows.
