PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARDING

The National Company SONATRACH, Central Direction Engineering & Project Management (EPM), informs all the tenderers having participated in the Restricted Tender in two steps N° AO-EPC/10/SH-EPM/E&P-G/2021 of January, 11th 2022, concerning :

Realization in EPC of an LPG extraction plant at Rhourde El Baguel

That after the opening and evaluation of the financial tenders, the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) for an amount of:

Algerian Dinars part :  7 776 807 478 DZD

And

Foreign currency part :

US Dollars : 305 443 068 USD

And

Euros :  23 338 452 EUROS

The tenderers wishing to contest the results of the Call for Tenders may introduce recourse in a delay of Five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice in the B.A.O.S.E.M.

Réalisation en EPC d’une Usine d’Extraction du GPL à Rhourde El Baguel

Que suite à l’ouverture et à l’évaluation des offres financières, le contrat est attribué provisoirement à la société CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) pour un montant de :

Partie Dinars : 7 776 807 478 DZD

Et

Partie Devises :

En Dollars : 305 443 068 USD

Et

En Euros : 23 338 452 EUROS

Les soumissionnaires désirant contester les résultats de l’Appel d’Offres peuvent introduire un recours dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis dans le B.A.O.S.E.M.
