ADDENDUM NOTICE AND EXTENSION OF DEADLINE

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

Realization of a Combined Cycle Power Plant with a capacity of approximately 1,200 MW under on-site conditions in Adrar

The Algerian Company of Electricity and Gas- Electricity Production informs the tenderers who have withdrawn the specifications and those interested in the National and International Open invitation to Tender N°05/S-Eng/2025 regarding:

Realization of a Combined Cycle Power Plant with a capacity of approximately 1,200 MW under on-site conditions in Adrar.

Published in BAOSEM No. 2376 of April 23^rd ,2025 that an Addendum No. 1 has been issued to introduce a number of amendments to the specifications relating to the said invitation to tender, in particular:

• Updating the power invoice value in accordance with the Grid Code.
• Taking into account the new provisions regarding the submission of bid securities.
• Removal of the “Delegated Project Owner” rating.

For this purpose, we are pleased to invite all tenderers who have withdrawn the specifications to come to the Algerian Electricity and Gas Company – Electricity Generation “Sonelgaz – Electricity Generation”, 600 Offices Building, RN No. 38, Gué de Constantine – Algiers, Algeria, 1st Floor, in order to collect the said Addendum No. 1 to the specification.

Furthermore, we hereby inform you that the date for the opening of the offers, initially scheduled for Monday, August 31^st , 2026 at 10:00 a.m., has been extended to Wednesday, September 30^th , 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (local time), at the same address mentioned above.

The offers must be submitted by the candidates or their duly authorized representatives on September 30th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (local time), at the same address mentioned above.
