Two (02) steps process

The Sonatrach Company - RPC Activity - PETROCHEMICAL EXPLOITATION DIVISION – Complex CP2K B.P n°273, Z.I SKIKDA, is launching a National and International Open Call for Tenders for :

Rehabilitation electrical sabstations (EPC project) Two (02) steps process.

The Tender File can be withdrawn from the markets Department - Complex CP2K ZI BP 237 SKIKDA 21000 or requested via e-mail CP2K.SPM@sonatrach.dz no later than fifty (50) days from the date of publication of the DAO to BAOSEM, against presentation of a copy of the trade register and proof of payment of a non-refundable amount of ten Thousand (10 000.00) Dinars for national bidders, i.e. a counterpart sixty (60) Euros for foreign bidders.

The proof of payment relating to the withdrawal of the tender dossier must be established in the name of the tenderer.

The mode of tender in two (02) stages applies to the present Invitation to tender.

With the title of the first stage of this invitation to tender, the technical offers without any indication of price must be deposited in folds, with the address: Complex CP2K, B.P n°273, Z.I SKIKDA

The deadline for submitting technical offers for the first stage : Seventy (70) calander days from the date of publication in BAOSEM.

Time: before Three thirty o'clock (3:30 p.m.).

If the day of submission of offers coincides with a public holiday or a weekend (Friday and Saturday); the deadline for submission of technical offers will be extended until the next working day.

The stamp of the general order office (BOG) of the Methods and Operations Division affixed to the envelope will be authentic.

The technical offers are supplied with a bid bond of:

For the Tenderers of Algerian: three million five hundred thousand (3 500 000,00) Algerians Dinars (DZD);

For the Tenderers of foreign right: twenty seven thousand US Dollars (27 000,00$) or other convertible foreign currency.

which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, i.e one hundred and eighty (180) days supplied with an additional period of 30 calendar days.

The folds under the the first stage will be open in the presence of the representative (s) of the tenderers who wish it, to the meeting of opening which will take place with the following address : CP2K BP 237-SKIKDA.

The tenderers whose technical offers were declared in conformity will be invited to submit a financial offer.

The financial offers will be opened in the presence of the representatives (s) of the tenderers who so wish at the the meeting of opening which will take place at the following address: CP2K BP 237-SKIKDA. on invitation on the date, at the time mentioned in the invitation to submit a financial offer under the second stage.

The tenderers will remain committed by their offer for one duration of one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days starting from the handover date of the offers.
