Upon presentation of proof of payment by bank transfer to the National Bank of Algeria located in TADJNANET wilaya of Mila agency No. 833, to account No. 001 00833 0300 000 154/33, of the sum of: (10,000 DA) or equivalent in foreign currency.

Tenderers must submit, in a single step, established separately, a technical offer, without any reference to the price, and a financial offer mentioning the price.

The tenderer may submit for a single batch.

Technical offers as well as financial offers must be accompanied by the regulatory documents listed in the specifications.

Technical offers as well as financial offers, made up separately, must be submitted, immediately, in a double sealed envelope to the address below on: December 23^rd, 2024 at 10:30 (local time). The opening of the offers is public and will take place on the same day at 10:30 a.m.

All technical offers must be accompanied at the time of offers’ submission or later on the deadline for submission of offers by a submission bail established in the name of the Algerian Company of Electricity and Gas - Electricity Production, , in an amount equal to (1%) of the amount including all taxes of the tenderer’s Financial offer.

Tenderers will remain committed to their technical and financial offers for a period of 90 days as of the deadline for offers’ submission.

All offers must be accompanied on the deadline for offers’ submission  by a submission bail established in the name of the Algerian Company of Electricity and Gas - Electricity Production, Regional Directorate Annaba Production, M'sila Production Unit, amounting to:

40,000.00 EUROS for foreign tenderers.

6,400,000.00 Algerian DINARS for tenderers under Algerian law

Issued by any bank legally domiciled in Algeria.

Tenderers will remain committed to their offers for a period of 180 days as of the deadline for submission offers’ submission.
