repair of spare parts for the hot sections of the V94.3A1 units of the Hamma power plant.

Against presentation of proof of payment by bank transfer of the sum 100.000 DZD to account no. °001 006 100 300 300 737/88  opened with the National Bank of Algeria, located at 182, Mohamed Belouizdad Street 16014 Alger.

tenderers must submit, in a single stage, a separate technical offer (without any reference to price) and a separate financial offer stating price.

Both the technical and financial offers must be accompanied by the required documents listed in the specifications.

The technical and financial offers, prepared separately, must be submitted immediately in a sealed double envelope to the above address on February 3^rd , 2026, at 10:00 AM. The opening of the envelopes will be public and will take place the same day at 10:00 AM.

The outer envelopes containing the technical offers must be anonymous, without letterhead or logo, and must only bear the following information:

All technical offers must be accompanied, at the time of submission or later by the offers’ submission deadline, by a submission bail issued in the name of Société Algérienne de l'Électricité et du Gaz – Production de l'électricité, Direction Production Région Algiers. For Algerian tenderers, the submission bail must be issued by an Algerian bank legally domiciled in Algeria and be for an amount exceeding one percent (1%) of the offer’s amount including VAT (expressed in both figures and words).

For foreign ones, the submission bail must be issued by an Algerian bank and secured by a counter-guarantee from a first-class foreign bank, also for an amount exceeding one percent (1%) of the bid amount (expressed in both figures and words).

The submission Bail’s amount must be at least 1% of the offers’ amount.

tenderers remain engaged to their technical and financial offers for a period of 180 days as of the submission bail deadline.
