NOTICE OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL RESTRICTED TENDER

Tender N°09/DAC/XP/GTFT/2024

The Tin Fouyé Tabenkort GROUPEMENT, acting as an "Operator" on behalf of Sonatrach and TotalEnergies EP Algeria, governed by legislative decree No. 93-08 of April 25, 1993, is issuing a Notice of National and International Restricted Tender for:

Service provision for inerting and leak testing works during the 2024 triennial shutdown

Interested bidders for this Notice of National and International Restricted Tender may receive the Tender Document electronically free of charge by sending an email to the address below, along with the following attachments:

1. A signed request for the tender document by the authorized person.

2. Presentation of a minimum of three (03) certificates of successful completion (or ongoing contracts) for similar projects during the last five (05) years.

3. The bidder must operate in the Oil and Gas.

Bidders must submit their technical and commercial offers simultaneously, each in a separate envelope. Both envelopes must be sealed in a double envelope strictly anonymously and addressed to:

The deadline for the submission of offers is set at thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this Tender Notice in the BAOSEM.

Any submission received after this deadline will be considered null and void.

Bidders shall remain bound by their offer for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the deadline for the submission of offers.
